Do you guarantee your products?
We guarantee our products to be 100% satisfactory. Return any items
purchased from us that prove otherwise. We will gladly exchange them or
refund your money promptly. We cannot, however, accept merchandise that
has been altered or is dirty.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We will process your order within 48 hours, but please allow 1 - 2
weeks for delivery, usually less. We will notify you promptly if there
is any problem with your order.
Do you have a secure site?
Plush Puppy To Go offers secure checkout which protects your credit card
and personal information. All information is held confidential. Credit
card numbers from orders placed online are NOT stored.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized. Contact us at kathys-kreations@comcast.net to arrange a return/exchange. We will
accept returns for refund or exchange up to 30 days from date of
purchase. We do not accept returned products that have been soiled or
altered. Returned/exchanged merchandise must be in new condition and
returned with all original packaging. All refunds are subject to a 25%
restocking fee. Standard shipping charges will apply on all replacement
merchandise. Products can only be returned for replacements/exchanges
or merchandise credit memo towards future orders. A merchandise credit
memo less restocking fees shall be issued. There are no cash or credit
card refunds.
All sales are final on any merchandise that is discounted or on sale.
What form of payment do you accept?
Plush Puppy To Go accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN
EXPRESS. Cashier's checks and personal checks are accepted from US
banks only. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in
full or until your check clears the bank. Please make checks payable to

What do I need to do if I receive an incorrect order?
If you receive an incorrect order due to a mistake on our part, please notify us immediately at kathys-kreations@comcast.net so we can correct our mistake. We will refund to you the cost of standard shipping for your return.
